§ 1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service define the rules for using the website available at pikniksaska.pl (hereinafter: the "Website").

Using the Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with its provisions, please do not use the Website.

§ 2. Definitions

  • Website — the website available at pikniksaska.pl along with all its subpages.
  • User — any natural person using the Website.
  • Administrator — Rosa Venti Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, the owner and operator of the Website.
  • Contact form — a tool available on the Website that enables sending a message to the Administrator.
  • Services — services provided electronically by the Administrator through the Website, in particular providing information about the Piknik Saska offer and enabling contact via the contact form.

§ 3. Scope and Conditions of Use

The Website is available to all Users with Internet access. Use of the Website is free of charge.

3.1. Technical Requirements

The following is required for proper use of the Website:

  • A device with Internet access (computer, tablet, smartphone)
  • An up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
  • JavaScript enabled
  • Cookies enabled

3.2. Scope of Services

Through the Website, the Administrator provides the following services:

  • Providing information about the Piknik Saska event venue and offered services
  • Presenting photo galleries from events
  • Enabling contact via the contact form
  • Providing contact details and location information

§ 4. User Obligations

The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with applicable law, these Terms of Service, and the principles of social coexistence.

4.1. The User is obliged in particular to

  • Use the Website in a manner that does not disrupt its functioning
  • Use the Website in a manner that is not burdensome for other Users and the Administrator
  • Not attempt to circumvent the Website's security measures
  • Provide truthful data in contact forms

4.2. The following is prohibited in particular

  • Providing content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates the personal rights of third parties
  • Using the Website to send unsolicited commercial information (spam)
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Website's resources
  • Copying, modifying, or distributing the Website's content without the Administrator's consent

§ 5. Contact Form

The Website allows sending messages to the Administrator via the contact form available on the contact page.

To use the contact form, the User is required to provide the necessary data, including name, e-mail address, and message content.

The Administrator makes every effort to respond to messages sent via the contact form within 3 business days.

Sending a message via the contact form does not constitute entering into a contract with the Administrator.

§ 6. Liability

6.1. Administrator's Liability

  • The Administrator makes every effort to ensure the Website operates continuously and correctly, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website.
  • The Administrator reserves the right to temporarily disable the Website for maintenance or updates.
  • The Administrator is not liable for damages resulting from using the Website in a manner inconsistent with the Terms of Service.
  • The Administrator is not liable for content posted on websites linked from the Website.

6.2. Limitations of Liability

The Administrator is not liable for:

  • Interruptions in Website access caused by force majeure or actions of third parties
  • Loss of data caused by hardware failure, system malfunction, or other circumstances beyond the Administrator's control
  • Damages resulting from the provision of false or incomplete data by the User

§ 7. Copyrights and Intellectual Property

All content published on the Website, including texts, photographs, graphics, logos, videos, and page layout, is the property of the Administrator or has been used with the consent of authorized entities and is protected under the Polish Copyright and Related Rights Act of February 4, 1994.

Copying, distributing, modifying, or using any content published on the Website without the prior written consent of the Administrator is prohibited.

Trademarks, logos, and trade names published on the Website are protected by law and may not be used without the consent of their owners.

§ 8. Personal Data

The Administrator processes Users' personal data in accordance with applicable law, in particular the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR).

Any disputes arising from the use of the Website shall be resolved by the competent common court in accordance with Polish law.

These Terms of Service come into effect on February 8, 2026.
